I'm a small town boy from a farming community located in central Iowa. Did you know that Iowa produces more eggs than any other state and has three times as many pigs as it does people? I joined the Navy shortly after graduating from high school and spent four years on a nuclear powered submarine. Ask me sometime about the story of crossing the equator and becoming a "Shell Back". Between the military and working for the department of defense (with a top secret clearance) I spent 15 years in technical support and management. My next adventure was at a couple of silicon valley startups which both went public during the mid-late 90s. In 1999 I came home one day and asked my significant other "what's the exit plan?" We both agreed that I should start a real estate company (being the inherent property junkie that I already was) alongside her successful mortgage company, Network Funding Associates, Inc.

and now for the more serious part...

I have been a licensed agent since 1995 and currently supervise agents and support staff conducting finance, short sale negotiations and real estate services. I diligently pursue continued education within the industry not only for myself but to assist the broad diversification of my client's needs.
